Richgalli London – Return & Refund Policy

At Richgalli, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make things right.

📦 Returns

We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Must include your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Accessories or limited drops (unless faulty)

📝 Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or found a defect?
Please email us at support@richgalli.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll sort it out quickly.

📩 How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at support@richgalli.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Pack your item safely and ship it to the return address we provide.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, international returns are accepted only if the item is faulty.
Customs duties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
