🕒 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• During peak periods, limited drops, or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days.

• You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £75

• International shipping starts from £10–£20, depending on country

• Tracking included with all orders

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

❌ Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we can re-ship it (shipping cost to be covered by the customer).
